At JIEXPO Convention Centre and Theatre, we provide a wonderful space for everything pre-event related. In certain cases, you may have the option to fully transform it into a dream dressing room. From beginning to end, our venue simplifies the festivities surrounding your glorious event and allows you to relinquish tasks to a trained staff, so you can enjoy the day. From a luxurious dressing room to a well-styled reception, let us provide you with the best possible service.

We also provide facilities for your banking and business needs. Within the JIEXPO area, there are Banks and ATMs scattered in various locations such as the GPN area and the food area in Hall E.

JIEXPO presents one of the best exhibition venues in Indonesia. Therefore, various improvements and developments in all aspects are continuously carried out for the convenience of various parties. Currently, organizers, exhibitors and visitors no longer need to worry about where to stay. JIEXPO in collaboration with Hotel Management InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), established a hotel with the name Holiday Inn Express JIEXPO Hotel which is in the JIEXPO area complex.Holiday Inn Express JIEXPO Hotel has a capacity of 243 rooms with various supporting facilities for hotel guests such as a fitness centre, laundry, restaurant, coffee shop, and many more.

The area of land owned is a distinct advantage for JIEXPO, especially in the availability of parking areas. This parking area is divided into four parts, namely the GPN area, North Wing, East Wing and also the West Wing.

JIEXPO provides a spacious and easily accessible parking space that divided into four sections:

• West Parking Area is the largest accessible directly from Gate 6A
• East Parking Area accessible from Gate 1 and Gate 2
• Gedung Pusat Niaga Parking Area accessible through Gate 9
• North Parking Area accessible from Gate 3

The parking areas are managed by specialist car park operators and can accommodate thousands of vehicles
( Cars and Motorcycles) to both our event guests and the general public.

JIEXPO provides a Business Centre that can be used for personnel purposes such as document printing, photocopying, internet, telecommunications, and various other personnel needs. Located on the ground floor of GPN, with all the facilities offered by the Business Centre, it will make it easier for your informal personnel activities at the time of the event.

JIEXPO provides a Mosque, namely At-Taqwa which is located in the western parking area of the JIEXPO. This mosque can accommodate hundreds of people and also a large vehicle parking area.

In addition to At-Taqwa Mosque, JIEXPO also provides prayer rooms that are scattered in various areas

One of the most important facilities offered by JIEXPO is health facilities such as a medic room. Located in the Gambir Expo area, this medic room prepares various health needs, both general and specific. JIEXPO also has an ambulance unit, medical personnel, and doctors who are ready 24 hours in an emergency situation.

To make it easier for guests to shop for necessities and daily necessities, in the JIEXPO area there are two Convenience Stores, namely Indomaret and Alfamart.

The food area is one of the most important facilities at JIEXPO. Located in Hall E on the ground floor, Hall E Food Area serves a variety of well-known culinary tenants ranging from fast food, oriental food, and also traditional Indonesian culinary offerings. This area is divided into two parts, indoor and outdoor area.

JIExpo Convention Centre and Theatre offers a Spectrum of high quality services complimenting its Convention, Meeting and Theatre facilities.

There are 2 Giant Freight Elevators that has capacity up to 3.000 with Car Dimension 4850 mm x 2000 mm and 8.000 kilograms with Car Dimension (WxDxH) 3500 mm x 9000 mm x 3300 mm.

First Giant Freight Elevators can handle client’s need to bring properties from Basement to 4^th Floor and the Second can bring properties up to 6^th Floor.
